L'Affetta Pulcino
An iOS app compatible with iPod/iPhone, developed specifically for those who hate Pulcino Pio.
Fruit Ninja style, you have to slice as many chicks as possible in one minute. It has simple, cartoon-style graphics, yet it entered the iTunes Store Top 200 (Games\Arcade section) in Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Mexico and Chile.
Together with the French version called “Le Coupe Poussin”, by May 2013 it had reached 25,000 downloads.
L‘Affetta Pulcino and Le Coupe Poussin are no longer available on the App Store for copyright reasons. Pulcino Pio is long gone by now; it’s not on the radio, it’s not in the charts, nobody watches it on YouTube anymore. It has been completely forgotten: mission accomplished!
It was my first app, built when I was 17.
